Our updated booking terms & conditions — effective 1 August

We’ve updated our booking terms and conditions to reflect new public liability insurance requirements set out by our insurers. All bookings made from 1 August 2026 onwards will be subject to the revised T&Cs.

The main changes are: a requirement that hirers provide their own public liability insurance for events over 50 people; a slightly extended cancellation notice period (14 days instead of 7); and clearer language around damage deposits.
